You’ll guide day-to-day clinical direction, lift quality across the team through supervision and coaching, and partner with senior leaders on service improvement and clinical governance. Importantly, you’ll still keep a small caseload, so you’re leading from the front, not from the sidelines. Your Duties will Include Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families (and broader presentations as needed). Complete assessments, therapy, and documentation while maintaining clear expectations aligned to a small caseload. Provide supervision, coaching, and case guidance, driving consistency and clinical excellence across the team. Work across Western Sydney and surrounding Sydney hubs, with flexibility to work from home. Requirements/ Skills Experience in private practice (leadership/supervision exposure is highly regarded). Experience working with children is highly preferred. AHPRA registration as a General or Clinical Psychologist (2–3 years ideal).
