Working full-time 38 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, this position provides the opportunity for someone to play a key role in leading our team and ensuring an authentic customer experience. We seek a dedicated leader committed to developing their team and driving sales. You'll have the opportunity to nurture talent, create a positive store culture, and contribute to the continued growth of our brand.
As Store Manager, you'll:
⠂Provide advice and offer styling recommendations to customers
⠂Drive sales and key performance indicators (KPIs)
⠂Support the training and recruitment of great talent into the team
⠂Create visually appealing store displays
⠂Manage store administration, operations, and loss prevention.
