We have several opportunities for support workers to join our Kangaroo Island roster and work active overnight and day shifts. You will be required to assist our client who has a high-level spinal cord injury with all aspects of his care needs. Accommodation provided. Suitable applicants will already have or be willing to obtain: • Certificate III in Individual Supports, Disability Cert IV or equivalent or enrol in a course to obtain a relevant qualification • NDIS Worker Clearance • Working with Children Check • First Aid and CPR certificate • Manual Handling certificate • Reliable vehicle, sound driving history and a valid driver’s licence • Clear communication, negotiating and listening skills. • Have a person-centred approach and are confident in your practice • Right to work and available for immediate start.
