What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of your own file load while working closely with injured clients and delivering high‐quality outcomes across a broad range of personal injury matters, including:
* WorkCover
* TAC
* Public Liability
* Abuse Law (if desired)
In addition to managing your own matters, you'll also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with experienced senior practitioners. You'll be well supported by a capable and responsive admin team, allowing you to focus on what you do best—lawyering.
What we're looking for
* Minimum 5+ years' PAE in personal injury law
* Strong file management and time management skills
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
* Solid understanding of personal injury processes and preparation
* A genuine interest in career development and progression
* A collaborative, team‐first approach
