Australian Glass Group (AGG) is a leading Australian glass-processing manufacturer with sites across Victoria, New South Wales and Tasmania. Due to continued growth, our Rokeby operation is seeking a reliable Customer Service Officer to join the team.
About the Role:
As our Customer Service Officer, you will use your enthusiasm, accuracy and customer-focused approach to provide exceptional service to our valued customers and support the wider business.
This position is required Monday to Friday on site.
· Provide exceptional customer service and act as a key point of contact
· Process a high volume of customer orders with speed and accuracy
· Assist with quoting, order conversion, filing, and archiving
· Provide general administrative support across the business
· Support the team to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and professionally
About You:
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in getting the details right. You thrive in a busy environment, communicate well and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
You will bring:
· Demonstrated experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
· Strong communication skills, with the ability to calmly resolve issues when they arise
· A genuine desire to go above and beyond to meet customer needs
· A collaborative, team-focused mindset
· Well-developed administrative skills, including accurate data entry, word processing, filing, and spreadsheets
· High levels of self-awareness and professional presentation
· The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail and numerical competence
· Experience in the glass industry or a similar environment is desirable, but not essential
