Finity currently have openings for Personal Assistants to join our team on a permanent basis.

You will be working with a team of PAs across the business to provide dedicated administrative support to 25 team members, including 2 Directors.**About the role**

We are currently looking for experienced PA's to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to a team of consultants including:
- Supporting the preparation of professional documentation (reports, tenders etc)
- Complex diary management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Event co-ordination
- Expense reimbursement and other financial process support
- Enter time sheets (as required)
- Client meeting support (agendas, presentations, minutes etc)
- Firm project involvement (as required )
- General administrative duties

**About you**- Strong experience in administration roles (professional services desired)
- Demonstrated ability to work with online administrative software systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
- Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
- Excellent communication skills, organisation skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A "can do" attitude and ability to work within a tight knit tea
