The Opportunity
Gemelli Group is seeking a commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, growth initiatives and agency management from within the business.
This role will act as the direct link between the founders and our external marketing agency, ensuring all campaigns, collaborations and content align with revenue goals and brand direction. You will be confident managing and pushing back on agency strategy where required, while driving measurable growth across multiple venues.
We are looking for someone hospitality-focused, commercially sharp and capable of turning marketing into real business outcomes — not just engagement.
What You’ll Lead
Agency & External Partner Management
* Act as the primary point of contact between Gemelli and our external marketing agency
* Set direction, approve campaigns and manage budgets
* Push back where necessary — ensuring strategy aligns with business goals
* Negotiate scopes of work, timelines and performance expectations
* Ensure all brand partnerships are commercially sound and on-brand
You must be confident enough to challenge ideas constructively and commercially.
Growth-Focused Strategy
* Build and execute a 12-month marketing roadmap tied directly to revenue targets
* Align marketing initiatives with venue performance and seasonal demand
* Identify new growth channels (events, product, collaborations, e-commerce)
* Turn brand attention into measurable commercial outcomes
Brand Protection & Expansion
* Maintain consistency across all venues
* Protect the Gemelli tone and reputation
* Ensure collaborations enhance — not dilute — the brand
* Support long-term expansion plans
About You
* 5+ years in marketing (hospitality, lifestyle or multi-location preferred)
* Strong commercial instinct
* Confident managing agencies and external stakeholders
* Comfortable challenging ideas respectfully
* Data-driven and results-focused
* Entrepreneurial mindset
You’re structured, calm under pressure and capable of operating alongside founders.
