The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Lead Kitchen Team Member to take ownership of the cooking process in our commercial kitchen. You'll be central to turning fresh organic potatoes into the golden, crunchy snacks we're known for. This role suits someone who thrives in a production environment and has the leadership skills to guide a small team day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading cooking operations: prepping, frying, and monitoring product quality.
* Overseeing batch consistency, oil management, and HACCP standards.
* Training and supporting kitchen staff to follow best practices.
* Maintaining kitchen cleanliness, safety, and efficiency.
* Reporting production metrics and collaborating with the Production Lead.
You'll Bring
* Previous food production or kitchen leadership experience.
* Understanding of food safety.
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
* Physical ability to handle manual tasks and occasional lifting up to 25kg.
* A team-first attitude and a drive for consistent, high-quality output.
