Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at Sydney Hills Holidays site. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the park's appearance, safety, and welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
* Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
* Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance tasks.
* Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and ensure accurate documentation of maintenance activities and incidents.
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.
