Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and experienced sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our electrified turf care equipment to golf courses in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to promote sustainable turf care solutions;
* Build strong relationships with golf course General Managers, Greenskeepers, and Mechanics;
* Articulate the commercial benefits of our products, including cost savings, efficiency, and sustainability;
* Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as required;
* Collaborate with our dealer network to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction;
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business;
* Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in turf care and electrification;
* Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demands.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the turf care or capital equipment industries;
* Excellent commercial skills, including deal structuring and margin analysis;
* Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders;
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
* Technical aptitude and the capability to acquire product knowledge;
* Self-motivation and goal-orientation;
* A valid UK drivers license and a willingness to travel as required.
