AI Support Specialist Role

* Work on 10 to 30 customer tickets daily, maintaining high empathy and clarity while utilizing technical precision.
* Develop AI Agents that automate internal support processes and reduce repeat issues through automation.
* Create educational resources, including documentation, video walkthroughs, help articles, and community how-tos.
* Engage in community support and enablement, contributing to forums, live sessions, and onboarding spaces.
* Improve support operations through involvement in release readiness, incident management, or voice-of-customer initiatives.
