**Brand Manager - International**

**About the role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Brand Manager to join our fun and diverse team, to expand and develop our international brand presence within existing export markets, with a particular focus on Asia. This exciting role works closely with our Sales, Marketing and Tourism teams and the role involves managing CherryHill's export marketing, cultural tourism, and event marketing, in alignment with the overarching brand strategy.
Your marketing scope will include innovation, comms, brand, channel and product marketing, with a specialised focus on our export customers and international audiences.
The position of Brand Manager - International includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage and roll out export product strategy (in alignment with brand strategy).
- Identify key export markets, trends and products to feed into the NPD strategy.
- Maintain and develop export customer relationships.
- Support the launch of Fresh and Non-Fresh NPD in international markets, building and executing marketing campaigns to ensure long term success.
- Work with our key international supply partners, providing trade marketing support and coordinating product activations.
- Support Head of Brand and Marketing with domestic marketing activity.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our inbound tourism marketing strategy.
- Drive inbound visitation and identify cultural consumer insights.
**About you**:
You are bright and energetic individual that is respectful and sensitive to different cultures, having an existing understanding of Asian markets through professional or personal experience. You thrive collaborating with team members and are confident to work autonomously as well. You have a passion for brand integrity and development, with a keen focus on consumer experience. You are well versed with digital marketing and are enthusiastic at the prospect of working within the fresh produce industry.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or marketing
- Preferred 5+ years in brand and/or export marketing
**Experience**:
- Brand Management
- Export Marketing - Familiar with China, Vietnam, Singapore, and Asian regions
- Daigou and China social/KOL Marketing
- Cultural Tourism Marketing, working with Visit Vic and Tourism Australia highly regarded
**Skills Required**:
- English speaking, with ability to speak Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
- Ability to understand Asian culture and business practices
- Strong business acumen
**Salary**: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
