The Opportunity
We seek a skilled Facilities Manager to maintain our Bayswater site to a high standard, ensuring all compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure the utilities and facilities are safe, functioning and in good condition.
* Coordinate and supervise contractors and internal labour for projects, installations and maintenance.
* Raise purchase orders and process invoices and work orders.
* Arrange new/modified office layouts from design to implementation.
* Organise new furniture, amenities and rental equipment as requested.
* Assist with furniture rearrangements and company event setup.
* Conduct inventory checks and order stocks.
* Manage and maintain assets around the site such as company cars.
* Contribute to internal and external auditing.
* Respond to facilities-related enquiries from staff members.
* Comply with government, corporate and consultant rules, regulations and laws.
* Adhere to Safety First and Environmental principles, policies and procedures.
About You
We require experience with contractors and contract management, AutoCAD skills and knowledge of facilities utilities.
