Our first studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with expertise in Revit and Escape software. This role requires a creative individual with a proven track record of delivering outstanding design solutions. You will be responsible for leading projects, collaborating with clients, and mentoring junior designers. Projects include: Multi-residential, hotels, workplaces and education. Your responsibilities will include: Developing innovative design concepts that align with client vision and objectives. Creating detailed drawings and specifications using Revit and Escape. Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle. Managing project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met with precision. Studio 2 : Interior Designers (All Levels). The second studio is looking for talented designers proficient in either Revit or ArchiCAD, with experience in multi-residential and commercial projects. We welcome applicants who are solid all-rounders with a passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities include: Working on a diverse range of multi-residential and commercial projects, from initial concept to completion. Creating compelling design presentations and documentation using Revit or ArchiCAD. Collaborating closely with project teams to ensure design solutions are practical and aesthetically pleasing. Engaging with clients to understand their requirements and deliver designs that exceed expectations. Adapting to various project demands and contributing to a creative team environment. What We’re Looking For: A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects. Proficiency in Revit, Escape, or ArchiCAD. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for design and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Salaries : $90,000 - 110,000 Super.
