Clinical Responsibilities
* Mobility and functional assessments to identify areas for improvement
* Restorative therapy programs to promote physical function and well-being
* Falls prevention strategies to ensure resident safety
* Pressure care management to prevent pressure injuries
* Pain management techniques to improve quality of life
You will work collaboratively with care staff to develop resident-centered plans, delivering one-on-one reablement therapy or group programs. Your contributions will be valued and recognized, and you will have access to ongoing mentoring and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
* Passion for reablement and restoring independence in older adults
* Australian working rights
* Willingsness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
* Driver's license and ability to travel within a dedicated region
