About the Role:
* Assist with managing the operational aspects of the centre, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
* Ensure high-quality early learning programs are delivered by our passionate team of Educators.
* Support the management of staffing rosters efficiently, promoting effective resource allocation.
* Effectively manage the financial aspects of the centre, aligning with budget guidelines.
* Maintain high standards for centre presentation and work practices, fostering a positive and professional environment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, Educators, and stakeholders, promoting a sense of community and partnership.
About You:
* A Diploma in Children's Services or Early Childhood Degree, approved by ACECQA.
* Experience as an Assistant Director in an early childhood setting.
* Current blue card, approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications.
* Extensive understanding of the Early Years Learning Development Framework (EYLDF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals.
