Develop/ review capability engineering requirements and procedural documentation. Attain Technical/Engineering Authority commensurate with experience, knowledge and qualifications Includes other tasks as required. Experience/Skills Sought: Demonstrated experience and familiarity with software system safety, security and managing technical risk. Ability to work with limited guidance demonstrating initiative and responsibility. Strong understanding of modern networking, computers and operating systems. Advanced technical writing skills; and Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Engineering experience and qualifications.
