Clinical Psychologist and Adult ADHD Coach
Job Description
Marsai Clinic is seeking a Clinical Psychologist and Adult ADHD Coach to join our team in Cleveland, Brisbane. This is a unique hybrid role that combines the skills of a clinical psychologist with specialised expertise in adult ADHD coaching. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a diverse range of adult mental health concerns, with a particular focus on individuals with ADHD. This position also involves providing dedicated one-on-one coaching to help clients develop practical strategies and skills to manage their ADHD symptoms and improve their daily functioning.

Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide diagnoses for adult mental health conditions, including ADHD.
* Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
* Deliver a range of therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
* Provide specialised ADHD coaching to help clients with executive functioning skills, time management, organisation, and emotional regulation.
* Collaborate with clients to set achievable goals and track progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with professional and ethical standards.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision.
* Work a hybrid schedule, providing both in-person sessions at our Cleveland clinic and telehealth sessions online.

Qualifications and Experience
* Full registration as a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* A Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
* Demonstrated experience in providing psychological therapy to adults.
* Proven experience or a strong interest in working with individuals with Adult ADHD.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Knowledge of evidence-based psychological interventions and coaching methodologies for ADHD.
