Marketing Strategist Role
As part of our go-to market strategies for several of our new products, your primary day to day task would be to plan and execute key initiatives such as:
* Develop product positioning messages, product information and relevant evidence to differentiate new products/services from others by identifying key product and functional values that appeal to our merchants.
* Develop sales tools to enable sales/BD teams to work more efficiently (including presentation materials, customized proposals, FAQs, verbal scripts, etc.).
* Develop product marketing materials, such as case studies, parameter specification, white papers, product descriptions, FAQs, features description, competitor comparisons, and materials required for websites.
* Develop training materials for product promotion and client education.
* Conduct product demonstrations and introductions to internal sales and marketing teams and assist sales staff to gain insight into products where appropriate.
* Communicate the product value proposition to the business development/sales team and work together to develop business opportunities with Key Accounts, strategic partners, etc.
* Responsible for planning of product launch, work closely with marketing team and product management team to ensure the successful launch of products.
* Integrate the company's product launch strategy and overall marketing activities to accelerate sales leads and demand generation.
* Able to think logically and step into the shoes of a client to understand their pain points of challenges.
* Excellent communicator with patience, kindness and the ability to navigate across tough situations.
* Able to learn fast, multitask and set clear priorities across different projects.
* Comfortable working with numbers for tracking and analysis of marketing activities and preferably someone with at least basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills. Someone who can present, communicate and write fluently in English.
Key qualifications and responsibilities include eCommerce experience, product marketing skills, project management expertise, and excellent communication skills.
