Based in Melbourne, LSH Mercedes-Benz Melbourne offers a modern, professional and fast paced dealership environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Administration team. This role provides full ownership of accounts receivable, along with exposure to a range of accounting and administrative responsibilities.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional looking to further develop their career within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities Include
* Maintaining all aspects of Accounts Receivable
* Collection of outstanding debts via phone and email
* Daily banking consolidation
* Payment allocations
* New customer credit assessments
* Balance sheet reconciliations relating to receivable accounts
* Preparation of weekly debtor reports
* Additional ad hoc duties as required
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Demonstrate
* A related degree or relevant on the job experience
* Strong ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
* Reliability, efficiency and a high level of accuracy
* Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment
* Flexibility and a willingness to learn
* A confident, professional and customer focused attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Pentana (ERAnet, ERA Power) MS Office applications a bonus but not essential.
