Key Responsibilities:
* Team Management: Train, lead, and coach your teams in all aspects of retail, sales, and customer service.
* Sales Performance: Plan and achieve budgeted sales through the efficient and effective management of your team.
* Roster Management: Effectively manage rosters to ensure optimization of staff.
* Stock Control: All aspects of stock control and inventory management.
* Merchandising: Dynamic merchandising and display presentation.
Desired Skills and Experience:
* Previous supervisory and/or management experience is preferred.
* Strong sales ability with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* A passion for training, developing, and motivating your team.
