The successful applicant will have:
* Tertiary qualification or post-graduate studies in public policy, business management, and/or related fields (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in leading teams with strong leadership and people management skills
* Proven ability to lead strategic planning and data analysis
* Experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
