About The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to step into a senior, hands‐on position at the centre of SkyCity Adelaide's financial crime operations. As an experienced AML professional, you will help manage financial crime risk, ensure regulatory obligations are met, and support ongoing operational uplift across the business. Acting as a subject‐matter expert, you'll provide daily guidance to peers, oversee operational workflows and approvals, and contribute to training and feedback for Analysts. You'll work closely with senior management, customer compliance teams, surveillance, frontline staff and Quality Assurance, while also engaging with external regulators, law enforcement and third‐party suppliers. The role provides exposure to greater responsibility and complexity, including opportunities to contribute to ad hoc project work while remaining deeply involved in day‐to‐day operations.
About You
You bring a clear passion for preventing financial crime, supported by experience in financial crime compliance, investigations and analysis. Your understanding of AML regulatory requirements and casino typologies enables you to exercise strong judgment, manage competing priorities and produce high‐quality reports with accuracy and attention to detail. You communicate with clarity, collaborate confidently with stakeholders, and demonstrate the capability to manage operational workflows while supporting others in their development. Tertiary qualifications or CAMS certification are advantageous, and your ability to plan, prioritise and uphold high standards positions you to thrive in this SME‐level role.
