eKitchens is a leading provider of **custom cabinetry and flat-pack kitchen solutions** in Australia. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a **Social Media Manager** to take ownership of our **organic social media strategy**, ensuring our brand engages, inspires, and converts across platforms including **Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts**.
**Role Overview**
As a **Social Media Manager**, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing high-quality content that strengthens eKitchens' **brand presence, increases engagement, and drives lead generation**. You will develop and execute a content strategy aligned with our **SEO, paid advertising, and influencer marketing efforts**, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms.
**Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement a **data-driven social media strategy** to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and customer conversions.
- Manage and grow eKitchens' presence across **Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts**.
- Create and maintain a **content calendar**, ensuring timely and engaging content aligned with our key **content pillars: Design & Inspiration, Customer Success, Trade & Business Solutions, and Product Education**.
- Develop and implement **community engagement strategies** to foster a loyal online community, responding to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media trends to **leverage new opportunities**.
**Content Creation & Curation**
- Produce and oversee **high-quality multimedia content** (static posts, carousels, Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and blog content repurposing).
- Visiting Sites for content.
- Work with internal teams and **external content creators, UGC contributors, and influencers** to ensure **authentic, high-performing content**.
- Ensure all content aligns with **eKitchens' brand voice, aesthetic, and customer personas**.
- Implement **AI and automation tools** to improve content efficiency and distribution.
**Influencer & UGC (User-Generated Content) Strategy**
- Identify and **collaborate with micro and macro influencers** within the home renovation and interior design space to amplify brand reach.
- Develop **UGC campaigns** encouraging customers to share their kitchen renovations using **#MyEKitchen** and other branded hashtags.
- Manage **paid partnerships and ambassador programs** to drive organic reach and credibility.
**Social Media Analytics & Optimisation**
- Track, measure, and **report on social media performance** using **Meta Business Suite, Pinterest Analytics, TikTok Insights, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio**.
- Conduct **A/B testing on creatives, captions, and posting times** to optimise engagement and reach.
- Leverage **UTM tracking** to attribute social media efforts to website traffic and conversions.
- Adjust strategy based on data insights to continuously improve performance and **achieve follower and engagement growth targets**.
**Required Skills & Experience**
- **5+ years of experience** in **social media management, content creation, and brand storytelling**.
- Proven track record of **growing social media accounts**, increasing engagement, and driving leads.
- Strong understanding of **Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest trends**.
- Proficiency in **content planning, scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite), and basic video editing (Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar)**.
- Experience working with **UGC, influencer collaborations, and community-building initiatives**.
- Ability to analyse social media performance data and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Strong **copywriting skills**, with a keen eye for brand voice and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with **eCommerce, home improvement, or trade-related industries is a plus**.
**Nice-to-Have Skills**
- Experience with **social commerce (Instagram Shopping, Pinterest Shopping, TikTok Shop)**.
- Knowledge of **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Pinterest/TikTok advertising** for cross-channel collaboration.
- Basic **SEO knowledge** to optimise social content for search visibility.
- Ability to create **GIFs, motion graphics, and simple animations** for enhanced storytelling.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
