**About you**:
- Minimum of trade qualification with post trade qualification or a qualification in Engineering, Construction Management and/or equivalent related experience.
- Demonstrated extensive experience and understanding of managing asset classes, with a thorough strategic and operational knowledge of asset lifecycle management with experience in the maintenance and delivery of complex building and engineering systems.
- High level written and verbal skills sufficient to develop, write and evolve complex asset management strategic and operational plans.
- Extensive asset data base experience and ability to run, reconcile and manipulate significant amounts of asset data with proven ability to implement technological and legislative requirements as they relate to property, building, plant, equipment & engineering systems.
