About the Role
As an Educator, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality early learning programs, supporting children's development, and fostering a love of learning through play-based experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
* Support children's emotional, social, and cognitive development
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment
* Contribute to observations, documentation, and planning cycles
* Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

What We're Looking For
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and commitment to child protection
