Responsibilities
- You’ll actively engage with customers by sharing your passion for our products and create special moments that your customers will remember.
- You’ll be an advocate for BWS loyalty programs by informing customers about benefits and product offerings.
- You’ll ensure stock is available on shelves so customers have the best choices.
- You’ll maintain a safe and clean environment for customers and teammates.
- You’ll uphold alcohol service guidelines.
- You’ll be yourself and bring your unique energy to the team.
About You / Qualifications
- You can talk with customers confidently and authentically to provide a welcoming experience.
- You have good availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
- You can work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- You have a genuine interest in learning and expanding product knowledge.
- You are motivated to grow your career and dream big about your future.
- You’re active and don’t mind increasing your daily step count.
- You want to leave a positive imprint in any role you grow into.
