About the Role
Join National Tiles as a Sales Assistant based at our Mitcham store, where you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through their projects and ensuring a welcoming and inspiring experience.
This is a full‐time position offering 38 hours per week across a Tue‐Sat roster.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers with genuine warmth, making them feel welcome and valued.
* Contribute to a showroom experience that reflects the highest industry standards, with care in every detail.
* Unpack and understand each customer's project, guiding them through our full National Tiles product range.
* Provide design advice and product recommendations tailored to their style and budget, while identifying opportunities to cross‐sell and upsell.
* Manage the end‐to‐end process from design and quotes to delivery with care and accuracy.
* Champion a safe workplace following our health and safety practices.
