Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.
Based in our Hampton clinic, as the Sleep Therapy Consultant, you be gainfully employed Monday to Friday, full time with a 38 hour working week.
This role is responsible for providing sales and support services to customers over the counter and over the phone. The main products sold in our clinics are Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) units and accessories (medical equipment used to treat Sleep Apnea), but may also include other products and associated services (e.g. Bi-level units, home diagnostics, oxygen therapy).
Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea.
**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
- Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
- Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
- Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
- Upsale of our products and services
- Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
- Processing orders and clinic stocktake
**Are you a MATCH?**:
- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in clinic
- Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages
- Computer skills and confidence in using google suites
- Knowledge and interest of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine
