Key Responsibilities:
* Manage fleet sales accounts to drive growth and revenue.
* Build strong relationships with both new and existing fleet customers through tailored solutions.
* Identify business opportunities to expand our reach in the market.
* Negotiate and close deals with novated leasing companies to increase sales.
* Provide expert advice on vehicle selection, pricing, and service to meet customer needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
* Consistently achieve (and exceed) sales targets and key performance indicators.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in Novated Leasing, Fleet Sales, or Automotive Account Management.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* A customer-first approach to building relationships.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking ability.
* Genuine passion for the automotive industry.
* A valid driver's license.
