Meat Processing Professional
We are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Professional to join our team. This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced individual with skills in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering duties preferably.

Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in Boning, Slicing or Slaughtering/Sawing duties required
* Relevant qualification (Cert 2/3 Meat Processing) advantageous but not essential
* Knowledge and understanding of different rotations
* Proven high level of knife sharpening skills
* Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements
* Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Shift Options:
* Day Shift approximately 5am to 2:30pm
* Afternoon Shift approximately 2pm to 11pm
