About the Role We are seeking a meticulous and organized Warranty Clerk to join our client's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for: Preparing and submitting warranty claims promptly. Ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. Verifying claims meet manufacturer criteria. Reconciling payments and addressing outstanding balances. Resubmitting claims for any shortfalls as necessary. Following up on pending payments. Tracking warranty parts with relevant documentation. Skills and Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Strong comprehension and document interpretation skills.
