Key Responsibilities
Softscape Installation
Laying turf and lawn preparation
Planting trees, shrubs, and general garden installations
Soil preparation, mulching, and improving garden bed structure
Irrigation adjustments and minor system troubleshooting
Hardscape Tasks
Assisting with paving, small retaining walls, and basic concreting
Installing garden edging (Corten, steel, pavers, etc.)
Supporting drainage works and site preparation
Project Execution
Reading and interpreting site plans, job sheets, and instructions
Completing tasks to a high standard with strong attention to detail
Maintaining tools, machinery, and equipment
Safety & Compliance
Ensuring all work is performed safely and in line with workplace health and safety standards
Keeping sites clean, organised, and hazard-free
