Planning and Mobilisation Coordinator Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Planning and Mobilisation Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong organisational and stakeholder management skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating planning and mobilisation activities to support operational requirements across shutdowns and project works. This includes scheduling resources, preparing compliance reports, managing compliance records, coordinating flights, accommodation and travel, and developing and communicating mobilisation and demobilisation plans.
* Scheduling resources for shutdowns and project works in line with client requirements
* Preparing compliance reports and managing compliance records, including identifying training needs
* Coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel in line with site and client requirements
* Developing and communicating mobilisation and demobilisation plans
* Assigning primary assets and working closely with site leadership to meet operational demands
* Organising regional and local site visits as directed by the business
* Ensuring all personnel meet client compliance standards before mobilisation
* Effectively communicating with internal teams and client representatives to ensure seamless mobilisation and site access
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar planning/mobilisation role within the industry
* Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Demonstrated experience in process improvement and quality assurance
