Flex Method is expanding and we're looking for an experienced female online coach/Nutritionist to join our growing coaching team.
This role is suited to a coach who genuinely cares about client outcomes, understands evidence-based training and nutrition, and can communicate clearly with everyday lifestyle clients, not just athletes.
You will be coaching women inside a well-established system with strong leadership, clear processes, and long-term career opportunity.
About Flex Method
Flex Method is an online coaching company helping women build strength, confidence, and sustainable results for life.

* Complete fortnightly check‑ins with personalised, thoughtful feedback
* Adjust training and nutrition based on progress, lifestyle, and recovery
* Communicate clearly and empathetically via written and video check‑ins

About You
* Female coach with proven online coaching experience
* Strong knowledge of resistance training and nutrition fundamentals
* Can confidently explain the "why" behind your decisions
* Organised, reliable, and consistent with check‑ins
* Care deeply about long-term client outcomes and adherence
Requirements
* Nutritionist or Nutrition Degree that allows you to legally create Meal Plans
* Minimum 2‑3 years online coaching experience preferred
* Familiarity with Trainerize or similar coaching platforms
* Ability to work as a contractor with an ABN
* Shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete a practical coaching task as part of the process.
