Anglicare is seeking an experienced Women & Community Safety Specialist to provide leadership, practice guidance and specialist support across our DFV and Men’s Behaviour Change programs. About the Role Lead best practice DFV responses and contribute to safer outcomes for women and families Provide supervision, coaching and support to program staff Support service delivery, compliance and continuous improvement Develop and deliver DFV focused training Contribute to group programs, interventions and case management as About You Degree qualification in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology (5 yrs experience) Experience in DFV, Men’s Behaviour Change as well as supporting Victim-Survivors Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to work autonomously with strong professional judgement WWCC, Police Check, and relevant professional registration Why Anglicare?
