Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and accelerate the Development Application phase of new restaurant pipeline
* Coordinate with key consultants, including legal, town planning, acoustic, engineering, and architectural
* Manage relationships and interactions with Council, attending and speaking at meetings
* Coordinate council approvals for reinvestment across portfolio
* Review application packages prior to lodgement, providing feedback on design and planning considerations
* Gather information and advise on planning issues related to proposed, existing, or leased sites
* Report development progress and milestones to internal stakeholders and departments

Requirements
You'll need a Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, at least 5 years of experience in development application management, exposure to Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, and strong project management skills.
