Account Executive - Digital Workplace
Ricoh Australia is looking for a passionate Account Executive to drive digital workplace solutions in an innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth : Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute territory planning.
- Solution Selling : Present and sell Ricoh’s suite of products and services, including Office Print / Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, Managed Services, tailored to the client’s needs.
- Business Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Market Intelligence : Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in technology or digital solutions.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
- Proactive, results‑driven approach focused on customer satisfaction.
- Experience handling multi‑level relationships, including business and technical decision makers.
- Strong time management, organisational skills, and negotiation influence.
- Team‑environment proficiency and ability to work well in a cooperative setup.
