Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified professional to join our Subterranean Ecology Team as a team member. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting field surveys, analyzing ecological data, and preparing technical reports.
1. Conduct field surveys to remote environments across Western Australia (and potentially interstate) to collect and analyze ecological data.
2. Prepare clear, concise technical reports on the collected data, identifying trends and patterns.
3. Collaborate with technical experts to develop and implement research projects.
4. Liaise with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualifications in Environmental or Marine Science, or a related discipline.
* Professional experience with an environmental consultancy, preferably in subterranean ecology.
* Subterranean fauna and/or SRE field sampling experience.
* Experience in invertebrate taxonomy or entomology.
* An understanding of hydrogeology.
