Job Title: Experienced Chef/Cook
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to join our culinary team. This is a part-time role, working in a commercial kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and cook meals for patients, residents, and clients in a safe and hygienic manner
* Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality
* Supervise the daily operations of the kitchen, including inventory management and staff supervision
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen as a Chef/Cook or similar role
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate or willingness to obtain one
* Ability to work full shift, with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
