Our Mullaloo early learning centre is seeking a dedicated Early Learning Housekeeper to help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Your duties will include:
Vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining floors in rooms, hallways, and shared areas
Cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, change tables, and high-touch surfaces
Wiping down windows, walls, doors, and furniture
Tidying and disinfecting the staff room, kitchen, and office spaces
Restocking bathroom and kitchen consumables
Supporting a rotating deep-cleaning schedule to maintain hygiene standards
You'll follow a structured cleaning checklist and take initiative to ensure all areas of the centre are kept tidy, sanitary, and well-presented.
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role (childcare, education, or healthcare preferred)
A solid understanding of hygiene, infection control, and cross-contamination prevention
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A proactive and reliable work ethic
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
A current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A current National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
