About the Role
Step into a pivotal leadership role as Clinical Manager within a large aged care service within the Grafton region of NSW. You'll inspire, mentor and empower a multidisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional outcomes. You'll cultivate a culture built on excellence, accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring residents receive high‐quality, person‐centred care aligned with individual care plans, Aged Care Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.
As a visible and hands‐on leader, you'll confidently provide clinical guidance when it's needed most supporting your team through complex care needs while championing best practice across the service. Your ability to communicate with warmth and clarity will enable you building strong, trusted relationships with residents, families and external providers. Through collaboration, transparency and genuine engagement, you'll ensure everyone plays an active role in shaping meaningful care plans and lifestyle goals.
Main Duties
* Provide clinical guidance to residents & care staff
* Undertake resident assessments & case conferencing in line with standards
* Accurate completion, review & updating of relevant documentation
* Motivation, training & development of clinical team members
* Ensure compliance & quality indicators are met

Skills & Requirements
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Staff mentorship & development experience
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
* Consultative & effective communication skills
