Leadership Role in Claims Management

About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
* A degree in business, insurance, or a related field (desired but not essential).
* At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a complex service environment.
* Proven background in managing insurance claims, with expertise in property claims legislation and regulations.
* Strong conflict resolution and client management skills, with excellent knowledge of general insurance and broker environments.
* Awareness of industry trends and innovations in claims service, with commercial thinking and problem-solving skills.
