About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes with high accuracy using industry-leading systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing fortnightly payroll runs, conducting balancing and reconciliation, generating documentation, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll from start to finish with precision and efficiency.
* Conduct thorough reconciliation and balancing of payroll outputs.
* Generate finalised documentation for finance teams.
* Prepare reports and correspondence as required by stakeholders.
* Review employee entitlements, including leave credits, allowances, and accruals.
* Collaborate with the payroll specialist in the End-of-Month process.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Significant experience in payroll management within medium to large-sized organisations.
* Familiarity with Enterprise Agreements and ability to interpret and process payroll in accordance with these agreements.
* Proficiency with Chris21 or similar payroll systems.
