The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Technical Director/Practice Lead to join our Environmental Planning & Approvals team in Perth. This senior technical specialist will provide high‑level technical direction, strengthen client relationships across the WA market, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clients with environmental approvals advice and strategies to navigate State and Federal legislative requirements.
* Lead senior technical direction across complex environmental planning and management projects.
* Deliver high‑level technical advice, troubleshooting and strategic project input.
* Coordinate multidisciplinary project delivery across teams and business units.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
* Support business development activities, proposals and strategic pursuits.
* Ensure quality project outcomes, risk management and commercial performance.
* Mentor and share technical expertise with colleagues across the business.
* Contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within service delivery.
