We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead projects end-to-end, deliver accurate costings, and help drive the next stage of our business growth.
We are a reputable landscape and earthmoving company servicing residential, commercial and civil clients across the Adelaide Hills and greater Adelaide region. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliable service and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate estimates, quotations and tender submissions
* Manage and oversee project delivery from start to finish
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment and schedules
* Conduct site inspections, measure-ups and risk assessments
* Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality and compliance standards
* Track project costs, variations and progress reporting
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management and estimating (landscaping, civil, construction or earthmoving preferred)
* Strong understanding of materials, machinery, groundworks and site operations
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* High level of attention to detail and accuracy in estimating
* Competent with project management software, spreadsheets and digital take-offs
* Valid driver's license
