The Role
* Project Manager looking after a $90m apartment development - Location perfect for someone based on the Gold Coast or Northern NSW
* Manage all on site activities with your site manager - Looking for leaders with a professional approach to managing people and programme
* Provide leadership in health, safety, quality and environmental management
* Stakeholder and resource management - Ensuring relevant labour is on site to deliver key project objectives, and ensuring quality is maintained throughout
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Experience/Qualifications Required
* Experience in Australia working for the head contractor (Required)
* A stable track record of delivering similar sized projects for head contractors in commercial construction within Australia (minimum of 5 years)
* Experience delivering towers as a Project Manager up to and/or above $60m
* Strong local subcontractor networks and positive relationships
* A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
* Strong software skills in programs such as Procore, Jobpac and MS suites.
* Experience developing talent
* Experience in managing large teams in a large project environment (In commercial Construction)
* Compliance with legislative and policy requirements
Whats on offer
* $220,000 - $250,000 + Super - Experience based pay scale (negotiable for the right candidate)
* Secure business and site location (2.5 year project)
* Initial flexiblity with WFH available during the ECI phase
* Ability to create your culture and standards onsite with the project due to kick off onsite June there is no better time to start
