Category Specialist
The Category Specialist will support the broader Safety Category Team with strategy execution and be an integral part of customer offerings. Collaborating with suppliers and multiple internal stakeholders, you will contribute to commercial outcomes while leveraging competitive advantages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support category strategy to enhance market presence
* Collaborate with Product and Category Manager to develop supplier relationships
* Assist Sales Team with category proposition to support growth
* Research and evaluate markets to provide intelligence to the Category Team
* Support promotional plan execution
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
* Ability to learn and upskill in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Excel)
* Capacity to analyze and solve complex problems
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
* Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry experience
