Role Overview: We are on the hunt for a dynamic and results-oriented Agency Sales Manager to join our team in a full-time hybrid role based in Sydney. In this key position, you will lead customer account management, drive lead generation, and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction within the Sydney media agency market.
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager, you will work closely with an Account Executive who will support you with administrative tasks, sales decks, presentations, and more.
As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in our growth within the rapidly expanding Out-Of-Home industry. Enjoy the flexibility of a combination of remote work and our Sydney office, and embrace the autonomy to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and manage customer accounts, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- Spearhead lead generation and business development efforts within the Sydney agency market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Partner with the Agency Sales Director and account executive to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Leverage established relationships within the Sydney media industry to drive growth.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to meet company goals and drive success.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in account management and delivering top-notch customer service.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive with a robust hunting instinct.
- Established connections within the Sydney media agency market (IPG Mediabrands & Publicis preferable)
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and closing deals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and work effectively as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with innovative thinking and strong organizational skills.
- Prior experience in the media industry is essential.
Role Type:
- Hybrid - 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home
