Picker/Packer & Delivery Driver – Fuel Expenses Provided
A leading wholesale fruit and vegetable supplier based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is seeking a motivated individual to join our expanding team in the role of Picker/Packer and Delivery Driver.
With extensive family experience and long‐standing relationships within the hospitality industry, our company has established itself as a market leader in supplying premium produce throughout Victoria.
Operating six days a week, we utilise our company‐owned refrigerated fleet to deliver high‐quality produce across Melbourne. Our delivery drivers are responsible for assembling and packing their own orders, loading vehicles, and completing deliveries, maintaining full quality control and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
Working hours are early morning shifts (commencing between 12:00am and 2:00am) and concluding before midday. Days are Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and load customer orders into delivery vehicles.
* Conduct deliveries on assigned routes in a professional and timely manner.
* Assist with general warehouse operations, including stock management and team support as required.
Skills and Attributes
* Excellent driving ability and safe work practices.
* Strong customer service and communication skills.
* Reliable, punctual, and capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively.
* Ability to perform effectively in a quick‐paced environment.
* Physically fit and able to lift items up to 20kg.
* Positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and follow direction.

Requirements
* Current Australian car licence (automatic or manual).
* Own transport to the depot.
* Australian Business Number (ABN).
* Prior fruit and vegetable industry experience preferred but not essential.
* Delivery driving experience: 1year preferred.
* Driver licence preferred.
Job Types and Compensation
Full time, Permanent, Subcontract. Pay: $69,000.00 – $80,644.00 per year.
